Communication is key for a successful project. Mr. Harkness was very easy to talk with and made sure he understood our intentions. He kept us informed about the progress and anticipated the next step. My relationship with Mr. Harkness was never strained through out our 6 month building project.

The subs that Mr. Harkness brought on the job were of good character and did quality work. I felt perfectly safe around them.

He was patient while I pondered and wisely guided me through many choices.
